How it arrives

Large grills and generators over 68 kg ship free by pallet delivery to your kerb or driveway; mowers, power stations, portable generators and small grills ship free by courier or courier to your door. Tracking comes by email.

Processed within 0-24 hours from our UK warehouse, then typically 2–4 working days to the UK mainland. Shipping is always free.

After it arrives

30 days to return it, with return freight on us and no restocking fee. The manufacturer warranty starts the day it lands.

UK electrical compatibility

This model is supplied to US electrical specification (120V). For use on UK 230V mains it needs a suitable step-down transformer and a UK plug. Email support@yardix.co.uk before ordering and we will confirm the correct setup, or ask about a UK/EU-spec alternative.

Please note: this is the US version of this product, designed for US 120V / 60Hz mains power (including any charger supplied) with a US plug. To use it in the UK you will need a suitable step-down voltage transformer, not just a plug adapter. Manufacturer warranty terms may differ for US-version products.
