These terms govern your purchase from Yardix. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

How the contract is formed
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a dispatch confirmation email, and the contract is formed at that point. If we cannot supply an item we will tell you and refund any payment in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and shown on each product page. Yardix is not VAT registered, so the price you see is the price you pay — no VAT is added at checkout. We take payment at checkout using the methods shown there.
We work to keep prices accurate. If we find an obvious pricing error before dispatch we will contact you, and you can confirm the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
Delivery and risk
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Unless we agree otherwise with you, we deliver within 30 days of the contract being formed. In practice we dispatch in 0–1 days and most orders arrive in 2–4 working days. Large items travel by pallet to your kerb or driveway.
Goods become your responsibility once delivered to the address you gave us. You own them once we have received payment in full.
Cancelling and returns
You have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of delivery, and a 30-day Yardix return window on top of it. See Returns & refunds.
Faulty goods and warranty
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Many products also carry a manufacturer warranty, which is in addition to your legal rights. See Warranty.
Product information
We describe products using information supplied by the manufacturer. Some models are built to a non-UK electrical specification. Where that applies we say so clearly on the product page. Please check the stated voltage and fitting before ordering, and ask us if you are unsure.
Our liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. That includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for your statutory rights in relation to the goods.
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking this contract. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for losses arising from use of the goods for business purposes.
Events outside our control
If supply is delayed by something outside our reasonable control, we will contact you as soon as we can and take steps to limit the delay. You may cancel and receive a refund for goods you have paid for but not received.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your own nation.
